Who we are
Frosty Grins (“we”, “us”) operates frostygrins.shop. We are the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

- Payment information: card and wallet payments (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay) are processed by our payment processor, Square. Card numbers are entered in Square’s secure fields and never reach or are stored on our servers. We receive only limited details such as the card brand, last four digits and payment status.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring site, and actions taken on our site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
- Information stored on your device: your cart contents are saved in your browser’s local storage so they are still there when you return.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns and refunds.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To measure and improve our website, products and advertising.
- To show you relevant ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to understand which ads lead to visits and purchases and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job:
- Square, to process payments.
- Our suppliers, fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, to pack and deliver your order.
- Our email provider, to send order confirmations and replies.
- Our website host, to run the site.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok), as described above.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some states treat sharing data with advertising platforms for targeted ads as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can opt out of this at any time by emailing support@frostygrins.shop with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill and support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements (generally 7 years). Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years. We then delete or anonymize the information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising.
- Appeal a decision we make about your request.
To use any of these rights, email support@frostygrins.shop. We will verify your request using your order details and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are handled entirely by Square’s secure, PCI-compliant systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
